Easy to add your own weapon to your map, use the actor browser to open the package you made and add it into the map like you do to regular weapons. Or another source to look at, look at maps that have their own exclusive weapon that is built in with a dependent package(s).

I can't find my own weapon in the actor browser o.o
I simply select the .u file?
If I put my weapon in my own map, do I need to provide the weapon .u and .int files too when I put my map on a server like mars server?

Um if you made a weapon, you will have to compile it and make it a .u file. If it need .ini or .int files, add that as well. But if it just need the weapon... you don't have to have the .int because the .int is what there to make it available to server via mutator, including offline. For example, look in this area and see how individual weapons are made. Some require .int, some just include .ini or not.www.ut-files.com/index.php?dir=Weapons/ unrealtournament.99.free.fr/utfiles/index.php?dir=Weapons/
You can pick out a weapon and download it... try adding it to your map with the actor browser. It'll be under the weapon category I think. lol. Don't save the map if you don't like the weapon, or you'll have a embedded dependent package to the map with no use.

So I will just put the weapon in my map. Then, I only send my map to someone and when that person have my map, he can use the weapon I put? o.o

If you have defined the object in an U-file (library), the other needs that U-file also in the SYSTEM directory of UT.
[Edit]Added "SYSTEM directory"[/EDIT]

yeah its already in the system folder.
i just want to be sure if i add the weapon in a Map, do i need to simply give the map to a person so that person can still use my weapon without having the .u file?

If you give someone a map with dependent files they will need that weapon, same goes for music, textures, etc. Unless you actually embed the weapon into the map without having dependent packages. (Example, mylevel rofl)

The cost of embedding is, that others cannot use your stuff easily. If its in a separate file, most mappers know how to use that.
Btw: I cancelled mapping, because Mars does not allow my own created stuff for unknown reason. Maybe you should ask him about your own stuff if your map is for Location Mars only.

why others cannot use my stuff easily if embedded? what will happen? o.o well mars removed my map cuz it crashed his server lol. im lazy fixing my map. i think i will just make a new better map

Maybe Mars have something on his mutator that disable your mod to be displayed or to be in use. It happens. Unless you want to build something that will override his mutator from destorying the spawner for your weapon. That'd be tricky tho.
When your stuff is embedded? They can't take your weapon and put it on another map or whatever... but advanced mapper knowledge know how to drag a embedded weapon from a map and make a standalone .u file or put it in his map or whatever.
Well if the map crashed, mars could provide you the crash code of why it crashed. But if you want to build a new map, np then.

If you do a map release, it is a good idea to put all files together in a ZIP archive that are not in the original release of UT. So of course your self created .U-files also. (In this thread I have asked for a valid list of original UT files.) An example of a file list with MD5 sums also can be found in my info file to MH-TwinTowers as an attachment. So I simply do that?
MyZipFolder -> Maps/NameOfMyMapHere -> System/myUFileHere -> etc
When sending zip file? o.o

This would be the easiest for the recipient, yes. Although an experienced player or server maintainer should know where what files have to go.
Additionally you can provide a checksum for each file - spinner.u for example is a file that exist on several servers in different versions.
